When the password is set to expire between two and seven days, the notification displays every 12 hours.When the password is set to expire in 2 days or less, the notification displays every 4 hours.The frequency of this display varies depending on when the password is set to expire: When your password is set to expire, you will receive a pop-up notification from the JumpCloud app. Your administrator must have set up your device and provided you with an account. You can use the JumpCloud Windows App to change your password without help from your admin. The app only appears in the system tray if you log on with JumpCloud user credentials. Your JumpCloud password also provides access to the device, software, WiFi, and everything else your organization's IT infrastructure has to offer.
The JumpCloud Windows App allows you to log in to your device with your JumpCloud credentials and access the User Portal without having to remember the URL.
